ARGUS Logistics needed a solution to meet the growing demand for their global business, and it needed to be a solution that was affordable and simple to implement. Additionally, after the beginning of the pandemic, ARGUS needed a communications solution that would allow a hybrid model for its employees. “The key evaluation criteria we measured for all the UC providers we evaluated were features and functionality the provider could provide under one solution, price, uptime and reliability, and ensuring they were not a fly by night company,” recalls Drew Janney, Chief Operating Officer of ARGUS Logistics. “The other UC providers we evaluated had to partner with other solution providers to offer a similar solution that 8x8 could offer under their single platform.”
